It represents the Ferrari 166 MM barchetta that won the Spa-Francorchamps 24 Hour endurance race of July 9-10, 1949, after the race.
This car was driven by Luigi Chinetti and Jean Lucas.
The chassis is n. 0010M.

This is one of the first Ferrari.
This car, entered by Scuderia Ferrari, won the 1949 SPA 24 Hours, beating the 3.000 Km barrier, even after crashing near the end.
Now is a touring car.

That year, in another Ferrari 166 MM, Chinetti also won Le Mans with Lord Snelsdon.
E' una delle prime Ferrari costruite.

Questa vettura, iscritta dalla Scuderia Ferrari, vinse la 24 Ore di SPA nel 1949, superando i 3.000 Km di percorrenza, anche se aveva avuto una rovinosa uscita di strada nel finale della corsa.

Oggi, restaurata, è una vettura stradale.

Sempre nel 1949, sempre con una Ferrari 166 MM, Chinetti aveva vinto la 24 Ore di Le Mans in coppia con Lord Snelsdon.
